I Miss My Hair!

I'm feeling totally shallow. And I am totally missing my hair.

This feeling has been coming for awhile now.

I'm soooo over the short bangs.

Ok, maybe my hair was long and stringy and mop-like. But so what?

Dear Hair, I miss you. Please come back to me.

I was supposed to write something deep this week like I promised last week.
The reasons for my quietness. But apparently, I'm so quiet, that I can't write yet.
Maybe I'm thinking SO hard and SO deep,
that I can't put it into words quite yet.
Pretty sure that's it.

So, instead, I write about my long hair. Wow. Inspiring right?
Blah.

Lol. TOTALLY OK to miss your hair and feel the way you feel. So did you cut it super short or something? or was it just your bangs? You're so pretty no matter what! :) Who cares what you write about, if you want to write about your hair then go for it! Love ya friend!

I can totally relate! I've been in your shoes.. and shallow or not, it's still a sad sad thing to miss having long hair. =( I feel your pain, girlfen! I blogged about my hair today too..I guess we're all a tad bit shallow when it comes to hair. It's a chick thing. =)

I convinced myself that I needed to cut my hair earlier this year. So come May, I did. It felt great. I felt new and trendy (I got that long A-line bob.)My hair had been waist length for about 7 years or so and I kept telling myself that I needed to get a new hair cut. Afterall, whatever better way to signfy "refreshed/reborn" than with a new look? Fast forward a few months later, I hate it. I want my old long hair. I miss curling it. I miss straightening it. I miss it.

So I totally understand!

Yep, I get it too. I just chopped off about 9 inches and I wanted my bangs blended in (just in the front) But instead I got layers all the way around and can just barely pull it into a pony. I feel naked! Especially since with a new baby I love being able to braid my hair to get it out of the way and now I can't even do that!

I can relate! When I was 7, I lopped off all my hair and got an extreme pixie... Currently, it's about that short - but only on the one side ;) Also, your hair was gorgeous before and after bangs xxx

It's ok. Really. Because when we feel like we look good, it's a mood boost. And as shallow as it is, hair can play a darn big part.

For what it's worth, I can't tell there's any length missing.

OK....I do the same thing everytime I get a haircut. Even if its just a trim, I suddenly get nostalgic for the hair pre-cut even if it really badly needed the trim.
So silly! So I feel relieved that you wrote this haha!
Much Love!
Oh and did you cut it short?

Okay I know how you feel. I went with a short bob for three years! Ouch. I missed my long hair. So I am growing it out. I feel like me again.

It's okay to write about hair. You are a women.

hahaha I think it's funny that we're feeling quiet at the same time. I also totally get missing your hair - I was thinking how it's weird, I've never "missed" my short hair, maybe because I always know I could hack it off at any time, but it takes a long time to grow back...
