Coffee Date//Girl Behind The Blog

I'm running late on my girl behind the blog this month.
Usually I am prepared days in advance, because I love it so.
And I love to watch all of you.
Just want to say thank you to Ashley (5ohWifey) & Alissa (Rags to Stitches)
for the fun opportunity to link up with you both.

Oh, and by the way. I mentioned yesterday that next week is my birthday!
And I want to do a fun question/answer session...
so stop by the post below and comment, email me, tweet, instagram, facebook,
whatever...and ask me what you want to know!

Ok, here we go!!
(Sorry, I went a little long. Again. But I didn't edit a single thing out,so that's a good thing.)

Good stuff! It's always fun to hear/read bloggers stories of how they started and the ups/downs of their experiences! I totally agree that blogging can help a person grow and for those that don't blog it may be hard to understand how that's possible!

I remember...the very first I ever saw you and your blog, Julie, was the 2nd ever Girl Behind the Blog linkup.

I love how this community bring such amazing people into our lives!

I loved that you shared this. I started my blog as an outlet for my thoughts. I am a stay-at-home mom of a 2 1/2 yr. old and 10 month old and really need somewhere to "talk" because I don't have anyone throughout the course of the day who entirely gets what I'm saying. My friends and family may wish they could interact more (not really sure), but probably just don't know how to, so I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on that aspect as well! ;)

Blogging definitely feels up and down at times.

When I first started this blog I was actually the opposite from you - I didn't want my family and friends to see my blog. lol

Glad to say I came across you blog viz facebook! I love writing too, I wish blogging wasn't so cliche. Having to be put in boxes, lifestyle, fashion, DIY etc. I hate that part. I'm trying to be a more freewriting blogger and have prompt that actually make me enjoy writing about myself etc. Thanks for sharing and good to meet ya! Hope we can be friends...

I just love your heart. And I think the first time I ever came across your blog was when you posted a vlog (and then you realized one of your earrings was missing?) I'm not sure, but that's the first time I remember finding you!

I really love your new header! It's so edgy and artistic and fun!

And it's the same for me- I got my first taste of real blogging community with Girl Behind the Blog. It's amazing how people from all over the country (and world) will read and comment and engage and pray with others they've never met in person.

Also, your blue wall is awesome. I wish I could paint my house!!

I watched your vlog and saw your instagram feed rolling through at the same time and I just kept thinking you are such a rockstar! It is so rad to see that you are such an individual and rock your own style and do you're own thing, it's truly beautiful. Your vlog was great, i'm so glad you share your heart here with us!
